The speaker, Ravi Paul Joshua, is a high school teacher. He teaches Economics and History in his alma mater, the Cathedral & John Connon School, Mumbai.

He loves Western classical music. Ravi is the organist & choirmaster at St Thomas' Cathedral. He also directs the school choir.

Ravi has done his B.Ed from Mumbai University. He has a Master's degree in Economics. From 2001 to 2003 Ravi did his MA in School Management from Christ Church University College, Canterbury (UK).
